Iris Los Angeles was founded in 2015 and is a community of artists that feel a missional call to the entertainment industry. Our focus is spiritually supporting those already working in the entertainment industry and equipping those that feel God has called them into the industry.
It is said that Hollywood disciples the world. Therefore we feel called to disciple artists so they are ready spiritually and professionally to create content that will disciple the next generation.
Our History
The Iris Los Angeles Film, Acting and Music School was founded to equip artists both spiritually and professionally.
We work with Christian Industry professionals to teach emerging artists excellence in their craft through our Film, Acting and Music tracks, equipping them both professionally and spiritually to be ready for a calling in the Entertainment Industry.
We believe God wants to put His spirit on Artists, to create content that will impact the generations.
We believe God doesn’t want to lose any more sons or daughters on the spiritual battlefield of the Entertainment Industry, hence why ILA FAM also has a strong focus on Biblical teaching, Worship and cultivating the Presence from leaders in the Body and Christians ahead in the Industry.
We believe creating a healthy culture of FAMily gives artists the ability to collaborate and establish the spiritual and relational support needed to fulfill their calling.
The acronym “FAM” is intentional. We believe FAMILY is one of the most powerful things to bring transformation to the artist, the creative Industries, and the world.

As well as training in one of the three tracks, our schools focus on corporate worship and seeking the presence of God. We have been blessed with an array of world-class guest speakers from biblical teachers that carry the Iris DNA to Christian industry professionals that help prepare artists spiritually and professionally for their journey in the Entertainment Industries.
